This hotel was an unbelievable find! The location near my granddaughter's cheerleading comp was super convenient, and the special room rate was jaw-dropping. The 24-hour reception staff helped me secure a non-smoking room after some minor hiccups, and I also got free parking. Plus, the rooms had flat-screen TVs and great air conditioning, making it a super comfortable stay. I even noticed they had wheelchair access and allowed pets, which is pretty awesome.

The room was large and brand-new, it came with a roll away bed, the tub, the bathroom. The location was absolutely perfect - close to the open outlets, and the airport.

Not clean bathroom, Wi-Fi was quite slow, a little disappointed.

The hotel was recently renovated and is in a terrific location close to Texas Tech's football stadium. The hotel is near food spots, the Buddy Holly statue, major stores, and Broadway Church of Christ.

The staff were responsive. The location is comfortable near many stores. It was close enough to Lubbock, Raider Nation, the beautiful Civic Center, and the entertainment/arts center. It's near a major university.

A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and ironing facilities in the room and the very comfy bed. Paid US$ 43.

Its location was favourable, close to the airport, and in a very nice area. It was good to be 1 mile away from Firehouse Subs, serving short-orders.

The hotel with reasonably large and brand-new rooms, in a very very nice area, near the buddy holly statue. Good value compared to other properties. Particularly good and perfect location, an easy walk to everywhere.

The Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lubbock-Downtown Civic Center offers a picturesque view of the fountain adjacent to the inn, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. One memorable interaction was with the friendly front desk staff who provided helpful recommendations for local dining spots. The surprising touch of having a separate seating area in the general areas was a nice bonus, allowing for a comfortable space to relax and unwind.

The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty floors and a neglected restroom.

Our room was spotless and huge complete with an unmaid bed and the cleanliness or smell, as example, good value compared to other hotels. Had clean amenities.

The room I stayed in was spotless and the hotel overall was very clean. The staff members were attentive and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel's location was perfect - close to Lubbock and a moderate distance from Broadway Church of Christ.

The rooms at Baymont by Wyndham Lubbock-Downtown Civic Center were so comfy and had everything we needed - a work desk, ironing amenities, and a flat-screen TV. It made us feel right at home after a long day exploring the city.

The shower/tub combination in the private bathroom was a bit cramped for our liking.

The hotel has a perfect location. The professional staff delivered a floor towel to my room upon request. It's really close to the beautiful civic center, retail areas, and Lubbock even late at night.

The hotel was in a favorable and ideal location, close to Texas Tech's football stadium. Having a shower and hairdryers in the room was a nice bonus. I enjoyed tea and goodies at Lee's Cafe, which is only 1 mile away from the hotel.

It was really good value. Came here for 2 nights with my friend, had an excellent stay. The location for Lubbock was marvelous, just next door to Lubbock for six months for medical reasons at UMC and close to the stadium.
